(2-3 hours)

A Residential Inspection is a thorough evaluation of a home’s condition, typically conducted before a purchase. This service includes a comprehensive assessment of the property's major systems and components such as the foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and overall structure.

Additional Services

Pre-Offer Walk-Through Inspection:

(45 minutes - 1 hour)

"Pre-Offer Walk-Through Inspection" is a fast-paced, on-site evaluation designed to give potential buyers a quick yet thorough understanding of a property's condition before making an offer. In a competitive, fast-moving seller's market where time is limited, this inspection focuses on key areas of concern, offering buyers valuable insights without the need for a formal report. It's an educational walk-through that helps buyers make informed decisions quickly and confidently.

Buyer Consultation:

(2 hours)

A "Buyer Consultation" is similar to the "Pre-Offer Walk-Through Inspection," but with more time dedicated to answering questions and providing a deeper level of education. This thorough inspection allows homebuyers to explore the property in detail, ask about its condition, and learn about proper home maintenance. Though no formal report is included, the extended time offers a more comprehensive understanding of the home, helping buyers feel confident in their decisions.
